- All of our CBrace and Signature items are usually initialized the same day as production completion and the delivery is carried out in timeframes depending on the destination country.
- Privacy & Security
- All SRoyale CBrace are delivered by Armoured Car or Armed Courier Service and will arrive in our Secure CBrace Case.
- Returns & Replacements
- We accept returns on our Signature Bowties and Accessories within 14 days of the receipt of your package. Before sending an item back to us, you must contact our Customer Service to issue an authorization number (RMA) for the return. All custom items are final sales - no returns* - no exchanges - unless an item arrives defective or damaged. We reserve the right to review and entertain return requests on a case-by-case basis. In the event, your item is not damaged, but we agree to a return, we will charge a 15% inventory fee, for each item returned.
- Ordering
- All SRoyale items are made by hand and go into production after your order has been confirmed. All SRoyale items take 6-8 weeks for craftsmanship, inspection, and packaging.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept payment via Wire Transfer or Cashiers Check for all orders above $10,000. You will not receive confirmation of your order until your funds have been cleared by our accounting department. Orders less than $10,000 can be processed using, Visa, Master Card, and Amex.
- Viewing Orders
- Registered users can view and check the status of their order(s) by logging into their accounts. If your purchase(s) were made as a guest, you can check your order status by calling or emailing Customer Service.
- Updating Account Information
- Simply log into your account to update your information.
